1. Do you sell retail? No. We are a wholesale only company. Please refer to our homepage page for possible online retail events.
2. What is the minimum quantity I have to purchase? If you visit our store showroom you can buy by package per style (carry out only). For our warehouse/showroom location, merchandises are sold by the boxes only. For any orders that requires shipping, there is a $200 minimum requirement.
3. Can I use my own UPS account to ship merchandises? Yes. Although, the cost may be less if you use ours because we ship more frequently.
4. Do you sell samples? No. Please see #2.
5. I can buy a large quantity of the same size? Usually no. Most of our items comes in prepacked sets. However, there are few items which are sold open stock. This means you can pick the quantity per size per your desire, but you are still required to buy multiple sizes.
6. You do accept credit cards? Yes, we do. There is a 1% processing fee for all credit card purchases.
7. Do you ship merchandises COD? Yes
8. What is your return/exchange policy? Unfortunately in order to keep our prices low we CANNOT offer refunds or exchanges. However, in rare instances when there's a manufacture defect, we would gladly send you a replacement if you bring the damaged item back to our store or ship it back at your own cost. Please contact us before you send us any exchanges.
